As much as I do agree that employing before company formation doesn't make sense lol, the short time gap between props makes it less problematic.
It's clear that the DUNA committee have been focused on more critical aspects - entity formation, OFAC compliance, and accounting. Very difficult to have predicted that such a seemingly mundane role would attract so many applicants (including dot). Ultimately, the onus was on them to develop better processes for candidate selection.
All in all, this situation has become far too messy to continue for another two weeks. From what I know, the people involved are impartial to all current candidates. Given this and the short time between this prop and bylaws, i'd rather go with the current winning pick and revise the process for the future.
