# Zero-to-One web3 onboarding by Unitap

Most people use Google daily without understanding the underlying mechanics of the internet. Our philosophy at Unitap is to involve people in using onchain applications without the burden of needing to understand complex concepts of blockchains, PoW, and PoS.
We’re building a zero-to-one onboarding program where we educate students about what web3 is and safer ways to use it. We will do so by sponsoring users on our platform by allowing them to receive gas tokens and other tokens, so they can interact with DApps on the blockchain.

Proposal:
We plan to launch our zero-to-one learning program where we educate people around the world and sponsor them to get onboarded to web3. As the first target, we want to onboard 10,000 students from universities around the world. Once we’ve determined this experiment a success we will expand it to all through our open source online program on LearnTap.
