Silver Eliksirs store inside them strong currents of wind. Just by shaking the Silver Eliksir someone can hear a storm brewing on the inside while roaring thunders desperately try to escape.
The Eliksirs that hold the Silver Dragon Winds are made from a heavy alloy of silver, specifically designed to make the vial heavier. Putting the contents of a Silver Eliksir in a normal vial would cause the vial to fly in the distance and roam the winds.
The Winds of a Silver Eliksir can only be harvested in Moutaintop Nests when a Silver Dragon breaks the barrier of sound.
