Sometimes I feel like I'm not enough, but I've never been explicitly told that. Why do I believe it? What force or thought drives me - convinces me - that I'm not enough. This overwhelming and sometimes bitter thought can consume my thoughts, and quickly. It's important for me to remember that thoughts of inadequacy are simply that: thoughts. Not truth; not real -- just a thought. My feelings are not facts, they hold no true weight. This piece was made to help me let go of thoughts of inadequacy, and let myself start to believe that I am enough.
