Mab Graves grew up in a small village on the outskirts of the Elven lands. She was always a bit different than the other kids her age. She was smaller and more frail. She didn't have the same interests as them. Instead, she preferred to spending her time in the forest, talking to the Faeries. The other kids would make fun of her and call her names. But Mab didn't care. She knew she was special and one day she would show them all. When Mab was 10 years old, she discovered she had the power to talk to animals. They would tell her secrets of the forest that she would never have known otherwise. This only made her more enchanted by the natural world around her. She started working with the local herbalist, learning all about plants and their healing properties. At 16, Mab left her village to seek out adventure in the wide world beyond. She quickly found herself in over her head, as she was constantly being attacked by bandits or wild animals. But Mab's quick wit and expert knowledge of herbs always got her out of scrapes. Finally, after years of wanderings, Mab made it to the court of the Elven Queen herself. There she met like-minded people and finally felt at home. It was here that she met a man who would change her life forever - takeshi Graves, a human ranger who also had a love for nature and adventure. Takeshi and Mab fell in love and soon were married. They had many adventures together, both in the wilds and at court. Finally, they settled down in Mab's village where they started a family of their own. Over time, people came to respect and admire Mab for all that she had accomplished in her life - both as a skilled herbalist and as an adventurer who had seen more than most people could ever dream of seeing.
