Who knew that they would have to deal with a monster of such ferocity. Trudging through a pile of corpses, a singular person still prevailed. Adrenaline coursing through, they embodied perfect peace and calm. It was now or never. Well-aware of openings in its attack, they sliced and diced it savagely! Their foe roared in pain before crumbling like a sack of patotoes, mangled, shredded. Standing straight up, relief washed over them. This ordeal was over, they had survived. But there would be more. For they were pursuing Death itself.
