Calling upon their inner strength, they parried the blow with one of their own! It was meant to be a simple mission: thin out the mob of smaller creatures. They never expected that they would encounter a threat of unfathomable magnitude. Dead comrades all around, only one person remained standing. Bringing their weapon to bare, they channeled unearthly strength. It was now or never. Bellowing ferociously, they swung their weapon with all their strength! Their foe floundered, moving unsteadily before falling to the ground, it's skull caved in. Breathing deeply, relief washed over them. This ordeal was over, they had survived. But there would be more. For they were pursuing Death itself.
