Ingredients:
1/2 tsp sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp water
2 oz whiskey
Garnish: orange peel
Directions: Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters. Add a dash of water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange twist and a cocktail cherry.
