This bad boy can flip your reality into a thousand pieces if you give it the right tools. It can also make you climb mountains, desire progress or even become your own enemy and make you fight with an invisible depression. Your thoughts are generated by the brain, but you are not your thoughts. When you forget this specific thing on a daily basis as you go on with your day, then you become your thoughts. And in doing so, you let yourself get carried by the 'Commander-in-Chief, like a swan gets carried by the current of lake'.
