Glorious is proud to partner with Heather Straka, to present a limited edition of Straka’s ‘Paap ki pani - Water of Sin (front)’. This dynamic artwork features a still figure, seemingly frozen in a static photograph, until subtle movements delivers the realisation that the viewer is experiencing footage, not a still image. The subject is dressed in paint-stained dress, barefoot, in a dystopian hotel lobby setting. Heather Straka is one of New Zealand’s most exciting and highly respected artists, with a career spanning three decades. Her work is represented in private, corporate and public art collections in New Zealand and around the world.
