Back in 2017, I purchased a high-altitude suit from the internet and started a photographic series I called "The Lonely Astronaut". I travel the world with the suit, finding people to wear it so I can take photos of them on location or in elaborate sets I build in my studio. This particular photo was taken at the Presidents Heads in Virginia (United States) on April 17th, 2021. This place exists in real life, and yes, you can visit it! Inside the suit is model Melanie Gaydos. This photo was the base of my collaboration with Don Tyler in a piece called "Eulogy". Thanks for looking!
