A conglomerate of leading technology companies has ended a decade long corporate war, creating the NeoTech Corporation. Their objective? To create the hardware and software to manipulate societies across the globe: dissolving governments, corrupting democracy and bringing forth a new era of corporate control.
Meanwhile in Tokyo, a clandestine organisation is pushing back against this corporate dark age, resisting from the streets and on the free network. Their only weapon in this conflict is a man.... maybe a machine.
The Glitch is here and the war has begun.
