“Resonances" is a raw representation of the artist's journey of life-shattering experiences and subsequent reconstruction. It encapsulates the chaotic and disruptive effects of emerging technology, the global anxiety induced by the pandemic, and the information overflow from the volatile crypto art market. Still, the work also builds on a profound interconnectedness with peers, environment, technology, art, and humanity. The creation process echoes this sense of connection, as this work was born of a collaborative effort with twelve artists. The emergent shapes are cut from intersecting circles, breaking their uniformity. As a metaphor to humanity, each shape begins with its own unique color, yet after intersecting and colliding, that color fragments and reduces or becomes even more vibrant. The interference patterns remind one of raindrops on water’s surface, movement in stillness.
