It has been said by some that street art was the first major art movement to be popularised by the internet. This ephemeral, clandestine work which is executed in public spaces has appointed the internet as the very necessary record keeper of events. The blockchain now allows the ownership of these rare and fleeting outdoor pieces, and provides the underground graffiti artist with an opportunity to share their artwork beyond its very temporary life on a wall somewhere. Sold alongside part of the stencil used in the execution of the graffiti. 150 x 25 cm.
