This process ensures that the artwork will not be hosted on a centralized web server, which could potentially result in the artwork becoming unlinked if the server went down. This shift to on chain is a significant step forward for the future of Skulls On-Chain, as well as for many other NFT projects launching on chain, as it safeguards all collectors and investors from losing their artwork.
