I finally got Covid on January 20, 2022. I was in bed with a fever at the beginning of my illness and within a week, I had mostly recovered except a brain fog and depression took hold of my mind. I was in a vegetable state for many days, and totally lost interest in everything including Twitter, which really meant that I had some serious illness! The depression was the worst part of this illness, and during that week, I remember asking myself, “What am I gonna do if I don’t get my brain back?” Being a crypto artist, and documenting the ongoing NFT dramas requires intense brain power, and Covid really showed me it wasn’t messing around. SCARY SCARY SHIT. Covid was the reason I think that nfts went mainstream in 2020. Covid is a big part of cryptoart history.
