描述
"Three Pyrenean Fragments" is a representation of a fragmented landscape created through the use of a combination of algorithmic processes. The main algorithmic elements include a set of rules for selectively removing information and adding variability, as well as a visualization method that mimics the style of etching drawings.
A random element was also incorporated, allowing for the sampling of blocks of elevation data from the French-Spain border. Each view in the piece corresponds to a single iteration of the algorithm, carefully curated to convey a sense of continuity despite the lack of any actual geographical connection.
