The Red Collection is a collection of ten paintings by artist Logan Larkin. The series is the first for the artist to tie both the physical and digital editions together. Red is the central figure in this series of paintings and an extension of the artist. The brush strokes capture a surface full of entangled and distorted bodies. Limbs extend without reason and the bodies are cloaked in wings hiding parts of the painting from the viewer.
Each painting in the 'Red' collection will be accompanied by both a digital twin NFT that will be used to collect the artwork and a Transient Labs T.R.A.C.E. Decentralized Proof of Authenticity. Each NFT collector will be able to collect the physical edition of the painting along with the T.R.A.C.E. (Tokenized Records for Artifact Certification and Evolution) Decentralized Proof of Authenticity that connects the physical painting to the digital twin.
Any physical painting left unclaimed by a collector for longer than 6 months will forfeit the physical painting and T.R.A.C.E. Decentralized Proof of Authenticity and the physical painting will be destroyed.
