The memory of the heart erases the bad and amplifies the good, and it's a kind of trick of the brain that helps us cope with the difficulties of past memories. It made me think about how the brain, unlike the heart, naturally focuses on the bad and pays less attention to the good. And how we can train it intentionally to notice the good, which helps in dealing with difficulties and anxieties. Personally, I've been going through such a process in recent years, and it has helped me a lot. And it's all related to the heart and love, trying to see things through the heart's perspective. This took me to a very personal place, dealing with the challenges my family and I faced over the past year, both physically and mentally. My creation speaks about the body-mind connection, about our ability to train the brain to be more heart-like, and about the infinite energy that connects all of us as human beings.
