This artwork was co-created by Chris Wallace and GPT-4. By prompting the AI to execute on artistic vision, the artist shaped an algorithm that is a product of true human/AI collaboration. Written entirely in JavaScript, this series uses complex mathematic equations to produce organic shapes, some filled and others outlined with dots. On top of that, a WebGL shader adds a layer of noise/grain giving the artwork a tactile, paper-like texture.
This open edition artwork is being released to raise funds for future generative + AI developments, further pushing the boundaries between human and AI collaboration.
