The magic of NYC summers has always intrigued me. I've always dreamed of creating an image that would portray it perfectly. Nothing says summer in the city like kids playing around fire hydrants while the community gathers around them to beat the heat. I had to travel home to Puerto Rico to be with my family during a difficult time in our lives this summer, so my summer in the city was cut short. I didn’t want to leave the city without creating one last image that would burn in my memory the love I have for it.
