"Isn’t life a series of images that change as they repeat themselves?" - Andy Warhol This work was inspired by Warhol's ‘Gun’ (1981) from his Death and Disaster series, which explored the macabre through silkscreen expressions. Although to lighten up what is a serious topic, 'Trigger-Happy' sees photos of real firearm parts and a .38 special bullet assembled into a winking face. The meaning of it all? Well, that's up to you.
