This Photo Licence Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of 02/03/2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Craig Reilly (“Creator”) and Primary Holder (“Client”). Licence: Creator hereby grants that Client is free to display and use the following work (the “Photo”): Round 10, privately and in groups, including but not limited to, virtual galleries, exhibitions and social media, with credit being given to creator upon display. This agreement provides no rights to use image for any commercial use, including but not limited to merchandise, distribution or derivative work. The sole copyright shall remain with the creator.
