Baby Apemo - Classic by Jose Delbo. All great pirate captains have some event in their past that lights the fire that fuels them. For Apemo, as a baby ape, he tragically lost his parents and almost his own life to a hungry jaguar before he was found and rescued by a band of pirates who would eventually become his new family. The memory of that event is what fueled Apemo’s each day to learn the pirate ways and become the fiercest pirate in the land with hopes of one day exacting revenge on the jaguar that stole his family from him.
