Zhao the Ruthless General was once a respected and honored member of the Imperial Court. But when the Emperor decreed that all art must be destroyed, Zhao turned against him. He became a rebel, an outlaw. Now, he leads the resistance against the Empire, using whatever means necessary to protect those who create art.
