Mezcal Amarás Logia is a range of limited, unrepeatable batches from rare species of agave. “Coyote” is made using the rare and wild Coyote agave variety, which takes up to a decade to grow before harvesting. Delicately herbal, this is a remarkably complex release crafted through a traditional artisanal process and designated A2 in Mezcal Amarás’s nomenclature.
