At some point you need to get out of the head and into the body.
Remember what it feels like when your breath lifts your chest, feel the oxygen coming in. Put your attention on the breath.
Take two deep breaths in and release out.
Notice any other sensations in your body, tingling in your hands and in your feet perhaps as you feel your connection to the ground. Bring your awareness into a deep calm nourishing moment of your own breath. The breath brings oxygen to your cells replenishing nourishing and healing you.
