"There can be no light without the dark."
The one striving for the goodness would not exist if there were no such thing as evil. Perhaps, it is our perceptions that made us believe this way. Yet, to be realistic, these things are there.
Artists would paint their eupathies on canvas. These paintings would shine bright, and look glorious.
Although these are thought to be nice characteristics, people could not see beyond the lights. It would blind them. Yang, itself, was not really pleased with the fact that its presence could not make any difference on people's emotions by itself. It wanted to see people have an enjoyable journey. It was when Yang first felt that Yin was an essential part as well. You could call it an obsessive love, or maybe a great partnership between these two. It was also the first time that people unconsciously let the Yin bloom in them. People would shiver with the joyfulness of the fact that they could see beyond the light.
Even though everything was eventually safe and sound, the things were not the same for Yin and Yang. They knew that people would be in dispair without them. This perception was feeding their egos, and they were not aware that their egos would tear them apart. They were at the point of being delirious. Not only the artists but also the people were losing their minds. Yin and Yang were playing with them. Sometimes Yang would be the only one present and blinding people, and sometimes Yin would leave them alone with a darkness in their head on purpose. That feeling of destituteness was intoxicating them. However, that did not last long.
"Yes... They might have eventually found each other, but they didn't know that there would be no one left to want them together."
