描述
Niamh was born of a travelling bard and a mysterious woman who vanished soon after giving birth. Niamh's father did his best to raise her on the road, teaching her all he knew of music and stories. When Niamh was old enough, she set out on her own, determined to find her mother and learn the truth of her origins. Niamh quickly learned that she had a natural talent for playing the lute and telling stories. She quickly became known as one of the most talented bards in all the land. Everywhere she went, people would gather to hear her tales and songs. Niamh's travels eventually led her to a hidden valley deep in the forest. There she met a strange old woman who claimed to be her mother. The woman told Niamh that she was actually a fairy who had been sent to live among mortals. The news came as quite a shock to Niamh, but she soon came to accept it. The old woman also revealed that the reason she had abandoned Niamh all those years ago was because she knew that one day Niamh would have to choose between her mortal life and her fairy heritage. The time had now come for that decision. Niamh thought long and hard about what she should do, but in the end she chose to stay with the mortals. She said goodbye to her mother and set off back into the world, using her talents to bring joy and happiness to all those who heard her stories.
