For the better part of a year, I have been sharing black and white photorealism works on Friday nights, titled 'Friday Night Rituals'. This work was posted on 3.8.24 as a Friday Night Ritual post, but was conceptualized during explorations for Visium + texture studies weeks before. Exploration of new aesthetics is a constant wax and wane, and this is one of those works that crosses genres-- from black and white photography, x-ray infrared, and paper textures.
