Bomb Story: Every generation has its own ""streetwear"". In the '90s, streetwear was propelled by artist-driven T-shirt labels, independent skate companies, and urban brands in the mainstream. The '80s version of streetwear was arguably independent surf designers like T&C Surf, Maui and Sons, and Gotcha. The Shattered Adam is in the spirit of a surf T-shirt brand of the era.| Background Story: Quite prescient, the Crowds pattern was designed years before the rallies, protests, and riots of the last couple years. Disenchanted by the ""slacktivist"" generation, we were hopeful for a new class of youth who were galvanized to fight for themselves and fight for others. Crowds are comprised of an uprising. It also refers back to The Hundreds itself, a name that stands for a community in movement.
