An honest mistake. I was spacing out and forgot to remove the small Rainbow Ethereum logo before I saved the image. Later when I went to rename and move the file I noticed my mistake. This little mistake wasn't intended but was born anyway, and is now on it's way to greatness. I believe most of us can relate with that on one level or another. I individually signed 9 Mistake Cards to show that even mistakes can be special.
