描述
Established in 1987, Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community. TMCF carries forward the legacy of Justice Thurgood Marshall by championing the ambitions of HBCU students through scholarships, up-skilling and equity programs, and career opportunities with top-tier organizations.
The Division of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (I&E) at TMCF created MetaScholars as a robust program designed to equip future tech leaders with the tools, resources, and skills they need to compete in the rapidly emerging "meta-future." As the first-ever MetaScholars, they step into the world to proactively reduce the #metadivide in the wake of one of the biggest technological shifts in over two decades.
This boutique collection of 12 NFTs represents the dedication of the first cohort, and is a reminder of the three core tenets of the MetaScholars Program: connection, innovation, and discovery (depicted from left to right in the art work).
