During the film “Lost in Translation,” Bill Murray wasn’t told what the director was saying to him during the filming of the Suntory Whiskey commercial sequences, in order to lend the scene a realistic look and tone.
The director asked Bill to be more mysterious. Bill responded, “More mysterious, yeah. I’ll just think, ‘Where the hell is my whiskey?’”
