The 46th Æther, A Phantomeld. The Phantomeld is a corporeal being that is born without hands or legs. From birth they must learn to traverse their environment using their ability to merge with physical objects on a molecular level. They can seamlessly blend into and become part of solid, tangible objects, moving through them like a shadow and emerging when necessary. Its presence can be undetectable as it shifts between the material and immaterial, phasing in and out of surfaces as though it is woven into the world itself. Phantomelds thrive in obscurity, becoming one with its surroundings while silently observing or infiltrating unnoticed. They can devour prey by pulling them into objects using the objects themselves as limbs, draining the life force of those it pulls into its environment.Larger life forms provide the best sustenance as a full grown adult in the human realm can sustain them for weeks at a time but more often than not they can feed off of hundreds of small insects and animals
