Backstory:
As age is catching up, I feel that I have not achieved so many things.
There are so many places that I want to go, so many things to do & learn… and I just want to experience it all.
In a blink of an eye, my children have grown up and I dread the day that they will eventually leave the nest.
I am pushing myself to do so much in one go and finding it frustrating at times.
My biggest fear is the time monster and occasionally I feel like running around like a chicken without its head, trying to avoid capture.
In this piece, it seems like the demon is almost catching up with the frantic victim..
