Conrad Robinson "The Oracle" is a combat and experienced Guardian. Second-class Cyborg, trained in the army during Utopia and in the Cyberterrorism department of the Los Angeles Police Department. Arriving in Valkyria in 2175, he joined the Guard Squad at the insistence of Hector Wilson. He specialized in explosives. He is an extremely outspoken and experienced fighter with superpowers, achieved through the superiority of his body organs with a set of cyber implants. His favourite weapons are the Apachi-SA90 rapid-fire plasma submachine gun and disc-shaped throwing grenades. Uses the VE-Ex-1000 exoskeleton with improved armour and new generation neural interfaces. During Utopia, he led a very ordinary life, but only until he learned in 2169 that his wife Jessica was killed in the explosion of a passenger train by a psychopathic loner Derek Rottmeyer during a tourist visit to Dallas. Especially after this incident he decided to embark on the path of fighting justice and the law.
