The winter months are pretty harsh for the foxes (and the photographer) along the North coasts of Iceland. Facing the Arctic Ocean, the area is battered by frequent snowstorms, which often lead the animals to fast for several days in a row. The foxes will then decide to save energy and stay still for hours or even days, curling up and covering their face under their bushy tail. When I crawled to this one, he kept one eye open to check me out, but didn’t move at all, even when I was at a mere 3m from him. This 1/1 NFT comes with 2 physical extras: A 40x60cm Fine art print (signed and numbered) and a copy of the book Melrakki (to be published before end 2022)
