The Golden Fish Goblin is one of my special works, because in Eastern and Western cultures there are definitely different myths around supernatural beings like fairies and goblins. In China there’s a myth around the Yin /Yang fish. It’s about seeking the balance of dark and bright, good and bad, positiveness and negativeness, all dynamically balanced. This piece is also a representation of the fusion of animal and human. All life forms, no matter spiritually or physically, are all one and should not be bound by their differences.
