Bad chase terrain is a struggle because, in the pursuit of a good view with a pull off for your car, they rarely show up. I was chasing in the mountains of Southern Arizona here and that struggle was real. I could not find a pull-off that was not private property and surrounded by intense rain and wind. Mad, I kept driving downhill in search of a spot... that came! I parked my car, opened the hatch and grabbed my camera as fast as I could. I had it setup 10 yards away in 15sec (pretty good). Rain started to drop as a chaser turned his camera off to leave. As he flipped his switch, boom! A bolt dropped in front of us. That always happens to me and for the second time in my years of chasing, I actually caught the bolt!
