"This photograph was taken in Fujiyoshida in Japan. I cannot say exactly what the appeal of this photograph was, but for many years I have wanted to visit this location after seeing it in different artist renditions; however, this place has also become a very popular photography spot for tourists. After many years, I finally made the effort to photograph this location. It was quite challenging due to the heavy foot traffic and constant stream of cars. To capture this image, I spent several hours on site, meticulously stitching together multiple shots to eliminate people taking selfies and vehicles obstructing the view. Ultimately, I achieved the image I envisioned: a perfect blend of modern Japan with Mt. Fuji in the background. Unfortunately, this photograph can no longer be replicated. Earlier this year, city authorities erected a wall to block this view due to the disrespectful behavior of many visitors, who caused numerous problems and broke laws. As a result, this view is now off-limits.
