The airport in Donetsk is one of the symbols of fierce struggle. The Ukrainian military’s struggle and fight for every piece of their native land in 2014 . We can’t imagine that a new airport would stand in its place, erasing the memory of the events of several years ago. This memory is too traumatic and valuable. Ukraine is known as an agrarian country, and its citizens have always loved working with the land. OTOG STUDIO intends to turn the airport building into a huge garden. In this area, people will be able to grow plants or even fruits and vegetables. This can be a form of collective recreation or mental therapy.
