More than i can put into words. instead of trying to do so, i put some of that energy into this song. Sometimes it feels like people are avoiding you quite like the IRS. lately its been a bunch of that. the mix between ego and the reality that some just don’t want to see you win.. whether its for them or against you, it doesnt really matter when it comes down to it. It's been a decade since ive been under the name Domino. a decade of pursuit. against the grain.against what a lot of people told me i "should" or "shouldnt" do, act or sound Iike. the moment I chose myself and did what i wanted and envisioned.. was the moment things started to work for me. now, years later i am still here.. still pushing still flowing still asking what's there for me? whos here for me? who should i be there for? Everyone? protect your energy or give it all away. idk. i do know what it feels like to be alone and thats not a choice i want to make this is another start. a set of thoughts in the moment. journals, if you will. I want to be honest with you, in the music and out of the music. I want to give myself, but in order to do so, i acknowiedge the need to come in and out of the everlasting lime-light. excuse me if im quiet outside of my art sometimes. I am learning my process.
