"IF YOU LEAVE" are a set of images that tell a narrative with the same composition, what it means to be with someone, but at the same time feeling as if you're not there at all, feeling invisible in a relationship.
Taking a different approach to editions, instead of subjecting it to one image I wanted to make the editions true to my work and have the narrative of it be the editions, with the 4 images creating the narrative.
A lot of my work takes from personal inspiration, this visual is no exception. Capturing my state of mind in that certain moment, dealing with my own issues in a relationship.
The Black & White variants show the true feeling of the narrative, however the color variants are meant to show the opposite, what if it's all just in your head, what if you feel invisible to someone, but in reality you exist, you belong here... with them.
