This is a story of time travel. We are the stories we tell of ourselves. As our stories change, we live multiple selves. Our young selves can’t . imagine being old and our old selves can not remember our youth. I became companions with them, feeling absurd . but also the warmth of their familiar company. Their stories bridged into my narrative and I felt a sense of clarity with my connection with ancestry. .
