描述
Victoire was born a simple peasant girl in a small village in the kingdom of Normandy. When she was just six years old, her parents were killed by a marauding band of bandits. Victoire was spared, but the trauma of watching her parents die left her mute. She was taken in by the local lord and raised as his own daughter. Though she could not speak, Victoire was a bright girl and quickly learned to read and write. When she was ten years old, she discovered a dusty old tome in the lord's library that told the story of Medusa, the Gorgon woman who could turn men to stone with her gaze. Victoire became fixated on the story and began to practice turning people to stone with her own gaze. Eventually, Victoire's ability to turn people to stone became known throughout the kingdom. She was called upon by the king to use her power against his enemies. She proved herself invaluable in battle, turning whole hordes of invaders to stone. Her fame spread far and wide, and she became known as the Gorgon Woman of Normandy. Today, Victoire continues to serve her king and country, using her power to protect those who cannot protect themselves. She is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, and though she remains silent, her deeds speak for themselves.
