Ivan Tresoldi In.storia (2022) Binary system on screen This work proposes itself as the phenomenology of a concept that of the stratification of one's biographical identity through sign and social writing. The title already shows the intent of wanting to accompany the viewer in the interweaving generated between Ibrahimovic's image and a multitude of tiny calligraphic details filling the space, reminding that the writing is a distinctive element of Ivan's work. A figure full of his expressive power built through details made up of words and tiny graffiti that - as at the dawn of our history – become memory, therefore collective identity: an Ibrahimović who writes himself while writing history, a common history of ours that embraces him and in turn "in.storia" “makes history out of him“ thanks to the artistic narration.
