During the new born season there is a lot of cuddling between mothers and their calfs in the field, it is always a joy to witness those precious moments. On a moody evening this mother and calf where all alone in the field which I thought was a little bit strange, because normally there is a group of at least 20 Teddycows out there. But when I came close I saw why: this calf was just born and the mother was busy licking the fur of the calf. This specific moment was like mother kissing the little mocca coloured calf, I was happy to capture it. After a few photos I decided to respect their privacy and leave them alone.
