Graduated in Graphic Design from Tokyo Tama Art University, Marcy Mashita travelled to Europe for leisure in 1972 and never left. In 1976, he started working with Kenzo Takada as a textile designer in Paris, and has been a faithful collaborator throughout his career, spanning over 40 years. Marcy is behind the famous prints that have made the Kenzo brand famous. He is now an Artistic Collaborator of the K三 brand.
