Roxanne was born to a noble family in the heart of the kingdom. Growing up, she was always tomboyish and loved exploring the forests surrounding her home. She was especially skilled with a bow, and often went on hunting trips with her father. As she grew older, she became more and more interested in the world beyond her small corner of the kingdom. She yearned for adventure. When she was sixteen, she ran away from home to join a group of mercenaries. It was there that she learned the skills of survival and combat. She quickly proved herself to be a valuable asset to the group, with her keen eyesight and unerring aim. The mercenaries eventually took on a mission to help escort a caravan through treacherous mountain passes. It was there that they were ambushed by a group of bandits. In the midst of the battle, Roxanne showed true heroism when she rescued one of the merchants from certain death, felling several bandits with her arrows in quick succession. After that fateful day, Roxanne decided to strike out on her own as a ranger. She has since made a name for herself as one of the most skilled trackers and archers in all the land. She has saved many people from danger in her travels, and will no doubt continue to do so for many years to come.
